Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Toast Notification service operated by Toast2IT, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The Service is intended for MSPs, IT departments, and software operators sending operational Windows notifications to endpoints they manage. You agree not to use the Service to send spam, harassment, deceptive content, or notifications to endpoints you do not have authorization to manage.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Payment and Subscription
Managed SaaS subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The Free Trial tier (2 devices, 14 days) requires approval before activation. Self-hosted (Roll Your Own) use is free with no device cap.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to distribute malware, conduct phishing, send notifications containing illegal content, or interfere with the operation of the Service. Content moderation controls are available in the tenant dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend access for violations of this policy.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Toast2IT, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Self-hosted source code is available under the terms of the project license.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Toast2IT, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
